1. Introduction

1.1. 1.2. These Rules apply to all users of the Store and contain the principles of registration and use of an account in the Store, as well as electronic booking of goods offered by the Store (Goods or Goods), ordering Goods in the Store and concluding contracts for the sale of Goods.

1.3. All users of the Store can access the Rules at any time by clicking on the link “Rules for ordering and delivery of the Yuliia'Style store” on the store page, or by downloading and recording, at their own discretion, the Rules as a file with the extension “.pdf” on a storage medium.

1.4. The data on the Goods in the Store, their description and price constitute an offer to conclude a Sales Agreement.

1.5. The Products in the Store are individually labeled. The Website contains information about the features and properties of the Goods, their cost and the material from which they are made.

1.6. Photos and presentation of the offered products are intended to familiarize you with specific models of the Goods.

2. Rules for using the store and concluding contracts for the sale of goods

2.1. Yuliia'Style provides the opportunity to conclude contracts for the sale of Goods via the Internet, as well as provides other services provided for by these Rules.

2.2. The contract for the sale of Goods is concluded between the user of the Store (Client) and Yuliia'Style, Vinnytsia.

2.3. A condition for using the Store is familiarization and acceptance of these Rules.

2.4. The information provided by the Client during the ordering process must be true, relevant and accurate. Yuliia'Style reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the order if the information provided is inaccurate and excludes the possibility of fulfilling the order, in particular, delivering the parcel to the correct addressee. Before refusing to fulfill the order, Yuliia'Style shall make an attempt to contact the Client to clarify the data to the extent that ensures the fulfillment of the order.

2.5. The Store uses all possible technical and organizational means provided for by the relevant provisions of the law to protect the personal data of the Clients, including preventing unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying the data specified during the registration process.

2.6 The Client who has used the services of the Store is obliged to:

a) not to distribute or transmit content prohibited by law;

b) use the Store without interfering with or disrupting its operation;

c) not to send or publish commercial information in the Store without a special order;

d) use the Store in a way that does not cause inconvenience to other customers and the Store Administrator;

e) use the content published on the pages of the Store for your own use.

3. Conclusion of a sales contract

3.2. The Store accepts online orders around the clock, seven days a week. Orders by phone and e-mail are accepted on business days from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00, as well as on Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00. Orders placed on weekends are processed on the first business day following the day of placing the order.

3.3 The Customer may place an order without the obligatory registration of his/her data in the Store's database (Purchase without registration).

3.4. The condition for submitting an order is to carefully fill out the form and indicate all the data necessary to send the Goods and automatically issue a document confirming payment.

3.5. To place an order, you must select the Product in the Store, paying special attention to its quantity, color and size, then go to the “Cart” section and continue the ordering procedure, choosing the appropriate steps for further action.

3.6. Until the moment of confirmation of his choice of the Goods by clicking the “Checkout” button, the Customer may make changes to the order of the Goods, as well as change the address and contact information for sending the parcel or issuing an invoice. Confirmation of the order by the Customer by clicking the “Checkout” button means acceptance of the obligation to pay for the cost of the Goods and their delivery, which the Customer is notified of immediately before confirming the order.

3.7. Confirmation of the order by the Client in accordance with clause 6 above constitutes an offer of the Client to conclude a Sales Agreement, which is addressed to Yuliia'Style in accordance with the content of the order and these Rules.

3.8. At the time of submitting an order in accordance with clause 6 above, the Client receives a message to the e-mail address previously specified by him/her containing order data, the number of ordered Goods, the cost of the order, the selected type of delivery and payment, the time of order fulfillment, address and contact details of the Client and the Store, as well as information on the procedure for filing a complaint about the Goods and the Client's right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement. A notification is a confirmation of receipt by the Store of the Customer's offer.

3.9. The Store sends a confirmation of acceptance of the Customer's offer transmitted by e-mail or telephone (“Confirmation of order fulfillment and dispatch”) or refusal to accept the Customer's offer to the e-mail address specified by the Customer. Upon receipt of the said Confirmation, the Agreement for the sale of the Goods ordered by the Client between the Client and ANSWEAR.COM JSC shall be deemed concluded.

3.10. The sales agreement is concluded in Ukrainian, and its content corresponds to these Rules and the order made by the Client.

3.11. Without prejudice to the Client's right to withdraw from the Agreement in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law, the Client may withdraw from the order until the receipt of confirmation of acceptance of the purchase offer from the Store, that is, until the receipt of an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order for execution specified in clause 9 above. In this case, the Client must immediately contact the Store, including by phone with further confirmation by e-mail.

4. Delivery and receipt of goods

4.1 The goods are delivered by the postal operator in the form of paid postal delivery. Delivery of the Goods is carried out: a) to the collection points of Nova Poshta; b) to the Customer's address by Meest Express courier.

4.2 The territory of delivery of the Goods in Ukraine presented on the Website is limited. At the moment, parcels are not delivered to the areas of active hostilities and temporarily occupied territories. You can find up-to-date information on the work of Nova Poshta branches at the link here The limits of delivery by courier are determined by the regulations of Meest Express. The fact of transferring the order for the package is equivalent to the fact of the possibility of delivery of the parcel by the Courier to the area chosen by the customer.

4.3. A parcel whose value exceeds the equivalent of 150 EUR can be delivered exclusively by Meest Express courier. Due to the mandatory payment of customs duties for this type of parcels, delivery to Nova Poshta offices is not possible.

4.4. Delays in delivery are possible due to unforeseen circumstances that have arisen through no fault of the Seller.

4.5. Upon delivery, the Order shall be handed over to the Buyer or to the third party specified in the Order as the recipient (hereinafter referred to as the “Recipient”). If it is impossible to receive the Order by the above persons, the Order may be handed over to a person who can provide information about the order (dispatch number and/or name of the recipient.

4.6. The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the Goods shall be transferred to the Buyer from the moment the Order is transferred to him and the Recipient of the Order signs the documents confirming the delivery of the Order.

4.7. The delivery cost is fixed and is charged for purchases of less than UAH 1500.

4.8. The Seller's obligation to transfer the goods to the Buyer is considered fulfilled at the time of receipt by the Buyer of the shipment, as this moment is determined in accordance with the current postal rules. The procedure for delivery and opening of the Parcels containing the goods is determined by the current postal rules.

4.9. Upon acceptance of the Order from the courier, the Recipient is obliged to inspect the integrity of the packaging. In the absence of claims to the packaging of the Goods, the Recipient signs the “Order Delivery Form” and pays for the Order. The signature in the delivery documents indicates that the Recipient has not made any claims to the Parcel and the Seller has fully and properly fulfilled its obligation to transfer the Goods.

4.10. The courier's stay at the Recipient's address is limited to 10 minutes.

4.11. The User understands and agrees that: delivery is a separate service that is not an integral part of the Goods purchased by the Buyer, the performance of which ends at the time the Recipient receives the Goods and makes payment for them. Claims to the quality of the purchased Goods arising after receipt and payment for the Goods shall be considered in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and in accordance with the Seller's warranty obligations. In this regard, the purchase of the Goods with delivery does not give the Buyer the right to demand delivery of the purchased Goods for the purpose of warranty service or replacement, does not allow warranty service or replacement of the Goods by visiting the Buyer and does not imply the possibility of refunding the cost of delivery of the Goods in cases where the Buyer is entitled to a refund for the Goods as such, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

5. Cost and payment method

5.1. The price of the product is indicated in hryvnias or in your chosen currency.
When purchasing goods valued over 150 euros, the customer is required to pay:

  1. A customs duty of 10% on the difference between the Price of the product and 150€;
  2. A value-added tax (VAT) of 20% on the difference between the Price of the product and 150€ + Customs Duty.

5.2. The Product Price is indicated on the Website. If there is incorrect information regarding the price of the Product ordered by the Buyer, the Seller will inform the Buyer to confirm the Order with the corrected price or to cancel the Order. If the Buyer cannot be contacted, the Order is considered canceled.

5.3. The Seller may change the Product Price on the Website unilaterally. However, the price of the Product ordered by the Buyer will not change.

5.4. Payment for the Product is made as follows:

a) Cash payment for the Order is not available. Cash on delivery is also unavailable for all orders.

b) By bank card, through electronic payment implemented via the Stripe platform at the time of placing the Order. If the client selects this payment method, its absence in the Yuliia'Style account or the account of the party involved in the transaction (Stripe service) for up to 24 hours from the time of placing the Order will result in cancellation of the Order. In such cases, please re-submit your order. Orders with the selected Online – card payment method are processed once payment is successful.

5.5. The Seller has the right to provide discounts on Products and to establish a bonus program. Types of discounts, bonuses, and the terms and conditions of their accrual are indicated on the Website and may be changed unilaterally by the Seller.

5.6. For completed orders, we issue a personalized electronic invoice for the purchased Product. You will receive this document at the email address provided when placing the order. By accepting the Terms, you request an invoice instead of a receipt and agree to receive an electronic invoice at the email address you provided.

6. Product Claims

6.1. The products offered by the Store are factory-made, new, and original. Yuliia'Style is responsible for physical and legal defects of the Products.

6.2. Yuliia'Style takes measures to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Store based on available technical knowledge and undertakes to address any issues identified by Customers within an appropriate timeframe.

6.3. Claims for all products purchased in the Store may be submitted within the terms and conditions provided by the relevant legal provisions if such products have defects that cause non-compliance with the terms of the Sales Agreement.

6.4. Claims can be submitted by mailing the product along with a written description of the defect or a completed return form published on the Store's page, as well as by registered mail to: Yuliia'Style, 21000, Vinnytsia, Tymofiivska St., 6, Office 3, marked as: "Yuliia'Style Claim." The Customer should receive information on the claim handling method within 14 days, starting from the day after the Store receives the parcel containing the claimed product.

6.5. If the Product has defects, the Customer may notify the Seller of these issues and request a refund.

6.6. If the claim is denied, the product, along with a statement explaining the grounds for denial, must be sent back to the Customer.

6.7. If the Customer identifies damage during transportation, they may complete a Damage Report in the presence of the courier.

7. Information about services provided electronically

7.1. The Store provides the following services electronically to its Customers:

a) the ability to conclude online sales agreements for products in the Store in accordance with these Terms;

b) the delivery of requested commercial information about products.

7.2. The Customer has the right to terminate the Sales Agreement in accordance with applicable legal provisions and the principles outlined in these Terms. Additionally, the Customer may request the Store to cease providing the services mentioned in point 1(b) and (c) at any time.

7.3. Technical requirements for the Store's provision of electronic services:

a) access to the Internet;

b) use of an internet browser that allows editing of hypertext documents (e.g., Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox, or similar);

c) an active email address.

7.4. Claims regarding services provided by the Store electronically should be sent to the Store’s Customer Service Department (julialeo1619@gmail.com) or by phone: (+38 067 919 87 48). The Customer's claim should include the name of the service recipient and a brief description of the issue. The Store will make every effort to review submitted claims as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date the Store receives the claim. The Customer will be informed of the outcome via their preferred contact method, either by phone or email at the address provided by the Customer.

7.5. Yuliia'Style informs that, depending on the Customer’s browser settings, it may send cookies to the Customer's computer system, which are not part of the Store’s services but allow for the Customer’s identification on subsequent visits to the Store’s pages. These cookies are used to simplify the Customer’s use of the Store and to track the Customer's activity on the Store’s pages. The Customer may disable the use of cookies by the Store at any time by adjusting their browser settings accordingly.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The personal data of Customers provided during registration in the Store is processed by Yuliia’Style solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and may also be used for marketing purposes, if the Customer expresses their consent in a separate document. The Customer has the right to supplement, update, and dispute their personal data, impose a permanent or temporary ban on its processing, and request its deletion if it is incomplete, invalid, false, obtained in violation of the law, or unnecessary for the purpose for which it was collected, as well as the right to object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes.

8.2. Non-acceptance of these Terms excludes the possibility of purchasing the Goods offered by the Store. The Store must provide the Customer with the opportunity to review the Terms at the time of ordering. Customers who have created their own accounts will be notified of any changes to the Terms via email. A Customer who disagrees with changes made to the Terms has the right to delete their account at any time.

8.3. The Sales Agreement for Goods in the Store is concluded in the Russian language.

8.4. The competent court for resolving disputes is the court at the location according to the applicable law.

8.5. Yuliia’Style reserves the right to make changes to the Terms at any time. Changes to the Terms apply to orders made after the amendments to the existing Terms, in accordance with point 3 above.

8.6. All trademarks and brand names presented in the Store belong to their legal owners and are displayed for informational purposes.
